Report for Parish Council meeting September 10 2024
Most of the areas requiring grass seeding was accomplished by volunteers prior to the installation of the play equipment.
The play equipment installation by Wicksteed contractors was slightly delayed by inclement weather. Contractors began work on 23rd July and we were able to re-open the field on 9th August.
The post installation report was conducted by the Play Inspection Company on 8th August. The report also includes the original swings and slide. As a result the report covers our 2024 Annual Review too.
A revised Routine Visual Inspection Checklist taking in all of the play equipment is now in use.
New seating arrangements are currently being sourced. Being inclusive continues to be our focus. Negotiations for grants/payments are underway.
