You are hereby summoned to attend the annual general meeting of the Council, which will be held at the village hall on THURSDAY 12th MAY 2022 to take place immediately after the Annual Parish Meeting. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. There will be a 10-minute public forum at the start of the meeting.

15. Speed limit signs: - Discuss the possibility of sharing an illuminated speed reminder sign.
16. Queens Platinum Jubilee:
(a)To receive a progress report from the Jubilee Committee.
(b)To discuss and resolve to acknowledge the Jubilee Committee as a sub-committee of the Parish Council, for insurance purposes.
(c) To resolve to purchase coins (up to a maximum of £300) to distribute to the children of the community.
