EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
THURSDAY 31st MARCH 2022 at 7.30 p.m. at the VILLAGE HALL
AGENDA
1. To RESOLVE to agree and adopt the Constitution of the Village Hall Management Committee and incorporate it into Parish Council Policies.
2. To RESOLVE to open a separate bank account in the name of the Village Hall Management Committee.
3. To RESOLVE to release the £10,000 grant allocated to the Village Hall into the new bank account. Also Resolve to reimburse members of the committee immediately for expenditure incurred.
4. To discuss releasing funds to the Village Hall Committee for the remedial works needed to bring the hall up to the legal standards required for public buildings.
