The Village Hall is a fantastic asset to the village and is currently being refurbished. Volunteers are needed to join the committee to help run the hall.
The village hall is currently used for local and general elections and for parish council meetings. It could be so much more - a hub for the community, with regular social events, coffee mornings, bring and buy sales, children's parties etc. There are even thoughts of a coffee and cake stall for the walkers and cyclists who come through the village. We are looking for people with ideas, and a little time to devote to obtaining funding and setting up fund-raising events so that we can make better use of this valuable asset. We are also looking for people with specific skills do maintain the hall on a regular basis.
