You are hereby summoned to a Meeting of the Parish Council to be held in the Village Hall on TUESDAY 19th May 2026 at 7.30 p.m. or immediately after the Annual Parish Meeting.

6. To resolve to approve minutes of the meeting held on 6th February 2026.
7. Chair & Council’s Comments and matters arising from the minutes.
8. Clerk’s Report on outstanding matters.
9. WLDC and LCC Councillor updates.
10.Finance:
a. Accounts for Payment. Resolve to approve all payments as listed in the information pack
b. Annual return for the year ended 31 March 2026

- Resolve to sign the certificate of exemption and related AGAR forms.
